Windows Users
- Windows 7, XP or Vista

- Mac OS X or higher

- Safari
- If unable to view course on a Mac, cookies need to be turned on in Safari.
- In Safari 5.1 or later:
- Open Safari
- Open the Safari menu, click on the Preferences menu
- In the window that opens, click Privacy
- Look for the Block cookies heading, and select Never
- Close the Privacy window
- In Safari 5.0 or earlier:
- Open Safari
- Open the Safari menu, click on the Preferences menu
- In the window that opens, click Security
- Look for the Accept cookies heading and select Always
- Close the Security window
- In Safari 5.1 or later:
iPad Users
- iOS 5.1 or greater
- Known issues with iPad
- File uploads are not supported
- By default iPad does not support opening zip files. (Tip: a third party application can be used to view content in a zip file)
- Documents opened in course frame are not scrollable because frames always get resizes to fit their content.
- Classlive
- Classlive pro authoring plug-ins are not available for iPad
- Classlive Lead/Join session and playback functionality does not work on iPad because iPad does not support Java
- Exams
- Examguard Lockdown brorwser is not available for iPad
- Chat
- Join chat room functionality does not work on iPad because iPad does not support Java
- If unable to access courses:
- Make sure that cookies are enabled and pop-up blocker is disabled. This can be done by:
- going into Settings, and
- with Safari in the left menu,
- set Accept Cookies to "Always," and
- Block Pop-ups to "Off."
